It has been several days now that this beauty has been in my living room, but I’m still so darn excited about her! I eyed this coffee table for months, y’all…MONTHS.

Back when we were shopping for new living room couches in November, I saw this beautiful coffee table in store, and I knew it’d be perfect in my French country living room.

This coffee table is HUGE and it’s the perfect distressed gray tone. I’ve been slowly weeding out the brown wood tones in my home and replacing them with the distressed gray tones. It’s making a huge difference in my home and everything is really starting to come together.

Pairing my new coffee table with my French country living room couches completely MADE this room.

I am loving it all together, but I am not quite pleased with everything. I am making some BIG changes in this room when it comes to layout.

Our living room is a very large room and the way that we had the furniture completely closed off the room. We originally had the couches in an “L” shape layout toward the TV, but I really wanted the couches to face each other.

So, I’m currently working on reworking the room so that it functions better for our family.

That means that our mantel will be getting a little makeover. We’ll most likely be moving our TV above our fireplace.

There’s more to come on our living room updates, but you can follow along with the all the updates thus far on my Insta videos.

I was eager to snap some photos on this space so I threw my already-decorated tray stand on the coffee table.

It’s a bit tall for this spot, but I like it for now. I’ll be getting some new coffee table decor soon including some coffee table books which I’m pumped about.
