To me, a timeless Christmas means dressing up in a puffy snowsuit and building a snowman until my fingers freeze, warming up by a wood-burning fireplace drinking hot cocoa wrapped in a thick, cozy blanket, watching the original Miracle on 34th Street while sipping my mom’s homemade soup. All the while, I’m surrounded by red, white, and green timeless Christmas decor.

Every Christmas growing up, my mom decked out our house with loads of timeless Christmas decor. I will always remember our large stone fireplace and beautiful wood mantel that housed a classic-looking decorative sled, several 18-inch Santa Clauses, gold-dipped reindeer stocking holders, four matching cream stockings with a unique design for each family member, and the most beautiful, lighted pine garland.

If anyone knows how to make a Christmas feel special, it’s my mom.

Whenever I look at Pottery Barn decor, I always think back to the classic Christmas’ my mom created for my bother and me when were growing up. I’m starting to feel a little nostalgic right now as I’m writing this. As I shuffled through the gorgeous timeless Christmas decor from Pottery Barn, there were several pieces that really spoke to me. So I made a list… and checked it twice. 😉
