Living Room Ideas with Fixer Upper Style

Posted on | This post may contain affiliate links. Please read my full disclosure.

There are so many living room ideas roaming around Pinterest, which inspires me to constantly improve my living room decor. In the past three years, since we have owned my brick home, we have changed the living room furniture and layout at least seven times. I love the direction it’s going in, but I find that inspiration boards always help me when I’m decorating and feel stumped.

The finds below have a traditional feel with a hint of rustic and farmhouse. The tufted furniture also brings in a romantic element that you’ll tend to find in many of my design boards. I love blending styles because it creates a style that is uniquely mine, and I feel it makes for an inviting space.

My go-to color scheme is always white, gray, beige, wood tones, and greenery, as you’ll see below. Hopefully you can take away some inspiration from this board to create the living room space you have always wanted.
